We undertake gap analysis of all business (governance and planning), people (staff and H&S), farm systems (irrigation and effluent) and environment (freshwater biodiversity, and GHG) components. Changing regulations require changes on farm and Matai can assess using Farmax and Overseer modelling if new technologies or changes to farm systems are the right solution. We evaluate, design and project manage feedpads and compost barns if these are required.
